Ebenezer Bible Institute is the brain child of Bishop and Rev. F.D. Gutzmer. The institution was birth out of a bigger vision that God has given them for the Faith Assembly Ministries Inc. The birthing of the vision became a reality in May 1993. The institution then offered Biblical training to leaders and members of the ministry. Courses were offered for home study with a diploma been awarded upon completion.

We had our first graduation ceremony at the Manchester High School Auditorium where a total of 106 students graduated.

Unfortunately the institution had to close its doors. Then under new direction, E.B.I began anew in 1998 with a mission, to, "Set this generation ablaze in the holy Spirit". The beginning days were challenging yet exciting. Forty -five expectant students were the first to grace the room of the new school some having not attended school for a very long time.

Since the rebirth the institution has expanded. It has now opened its doors outside the ministry. The school presently operates as an evening institute classes are held Monday and Thursday 6 p.m. -9 p.m. with one hour chapel service that follows after. We have monthly student ministries and street meetings in addition to other mission outreaches. Our yearly weekend seminar camp has added an extra touch of inspiration, for the graduating class. We have had four (4) graduation ceremonies where a total of 119 students have graduated. Our ongoing internship program has brought a trans-formation in the lives of the graduates and the churches in which they serve. The future looks bright and we are rearing to go with high expectations as God continues to unfold the pages of a birth vision now in action.
