Bishop Selwin Carl Gutzmer's objective is to raise up holistic ministries and help people develop their calling and
potential in Christ. He is a visionary and charismatic Spiritual Leader who facilitates the movement of people towards a common and or shared goal. Bishop Gutzmer has been recognized as a pioneer with the ability to adapt and develop in the face of change. He is committed, steadfast and consistent in communicating vision and or initiatives.

He is known for identifying talents and ablities in people and providing the necessary tools for growth and development. Bishop Gutzmer has proven his ability in planning, organizing, coordination and delegation with the ability to communicate with all types of people.
Other Achievements:
February 6th 1992 Initiated Golden Eagle Marching Band the first Christian marching band in the island of Jamaica. With the primary focus on reaching out to the youths in the community.
May 1st 1993 Initiated Gospel Train Incorporated a movement that mobilized churches in reaching out to the island of Jamaica with an island wide motorcade which incorporated over 3000 districts and communities.
