The First Family of FAMII, headed by Bishop Gutzmer is really a victorious one. He was elevated to the office of Bishop in April 1993 and four years later he received a Honorary Doctoral Degree from the New Hope Bible Institute and Seminary based in Baltimore, Maryland. The first lady, Rev. Frauline Gutzmer is a graduate of the Assembly of God Bible College in Chritiana, Manchester were she graduated with honours and became the class valedictorian. She became an ordained Minister on April 3rd, 1997. She is a true pioneer for women in this era of the church and indeed is a true woman of virtue...she is a stick of dynamite.

Simeon the elder of the children keeps himself informed by paying keen attention to current affairs. He is able to hold an interesting conversation discussing political, social and global matters. He has his eyes on the skies and aspires to put this dream in motion as a Naval Aviator.

Sherith carries a contagious smile; she is beautiful and quite focused. Though petite, this young lady is eyeing the girls's football team at school and we are confident she will make it.

Bishop Selwin Carl Gutzmer's objective is to raise up holistic ministries and help people develop their calling and potential in Christ. He is a visionary and charismatic Spiritual Leader who facilitates the movement of people towards a common and or shared goal. Bishop Gutzmer has been recognized as a pioneer with the ability to adapt and develop in the face of change. He is committed, steadfast and consistent in communicating vision and or initiatives.

Bishop Gutzmer is achievement and people oriented with a compelling sense of purpose and motivation. He is known for identifying talents and ablities in people and providing the necessary tools for growth and development. Other Achievements:
February 6th 1992 Initiated Golden Eagle Marching Band the first Christian marching band in the island of Jamaica. With the primary focus on reaching out to the youths in the community.

May 1st 1993 Initiated Gospel Train Incorporated a movement that mobilized churches in reaching out to the island of Jamaica with an island wide motorcade which incorporated over 3000 districts and communities.

Awards received
October 15th 2001 Jamaica Cultural Development commission Outstanding award for years of service for the involvement in social, civic and religious services throughout the Mandeville Community.

Reverend Frauline Dalrimple Gutzmer was born in Westmoreland, Jamaica on June 4, 1962. The fourth child of Mr. and Mrs Albert Jones.

Her schooling began at the New Hope All Age in Westmoreland. Her parents however moved to Goshen, St. Elizabeth in 1969 and so she completed her primary education at the Goshen Primary school from where she won a scholarship to attend St. Elizabeth technical High School.

She was successful in both J.S.C. and C.X.C. Examinations. By then she earned the reputation as a versatile young lady in the Arts, namely Home Economics, Needle Work and Home Management.

Moving to Mandeville in February 1981 was more than a blessing as Frauline accepted the Lord and baptized in December 1981. She met and marry Selwin Carl Gutzmer on December 6, 1986. The union has since produced two children, Simeon and Sherith.

Frauline is a trained Cosmetologist, Secretary and Business Woman and was the Manager of "0 SO Nice Pastries", when she heeded the call of God to prepare herself for Ministry. She entered the Assembly of God Bible College in January 1992 and graduated May 1995 as a Honour Roll student and a Diploma holder.

She was privileged to become a lecturer at the same College for two (2) years. She was instrumental in assisting her husband in the pioneering of the Faith Assembly Ministries Incorporated in 1988 and presently functions as an Executive Board member and the Director of Education of the Faith Assembly Ministries Inc.
